how to take screenshot of movie in media player.

is there an easy way to do this, the regular screenshot buttons (prt scn and alt+prnt scn) don't work, they do not capture the video, just a big black thing in its place.

i don't really want to download anything special and i can't load the .wmv files into quicktime.

    thanks

If you can play it in RealPlayer then Screenprint will work.

CaptureWiz also make a product and has a 30 free trial.

Right click on your desktop > Properties > Settings Tab > Advanced > Troubleshoot Tab.

When you get there, turn off hardware acceleration and your screenshots will come up fine.

Go to program> accesories > entertainment > windows movie maker..

Load the movie into windows movie maker then go to tools and it has a screenshot button..

                In Media Player, go to
                Tools > Options > Performance

and then slide the bar for "Video Acceleration" down to "None" and then you can take screen caps of your video in media player.

Am I missing something? While playing a clip in mediaplayer and pressing CTRL + I nothing happens...
