                                                          reliable hosting is always up and running.. you may have a worm on your PC.. why don't you contact them they have fantastic support and that will get to the bottom of why you can't reach them.. did you try a proxy? did you even try support? your telling me you host with a company and you don't have the contact information on your speed dial, ICQ's on your list?..
