    Just listening to him a few minutes ago makes me madder than hell. Talking about this whole thing being, once again, a conspiracy, talking about Michael Jackson like he was a saint, how much "Michael loves children", and his contribution to "We Are the World" shit.

                      For two, when a prosecutor tries for over 10 years to get you locked up but gets shot down by a conservative ass "prosecution jury" I'd say that falls under conspiracy.

                                          nope. here is a case where the prosecution was extremely inept and the accuser's family, especially the mother, were unimpressive on the witness stand to say the least........in fact, his mother came off as borderline........then there is the fact of the JC Penny scam this family ran....

                                          its not clearly as the OJ Simpson case was.........with a dim-witted jury who chose to ignore the mountain of scientific DNA evidence without logically figuring out that a conspiracy of multiple LAPD cops was impossible, given timelines and whatnot.......

                                          this was a case of a brilliant defense attorney outmaneuvering an inept prosecution team.........once again, money buys talent and thats why defense attorneys are usually much better attorneys, as thats where the real dough is. that combined with a terrible family for the prosecution doomed this case.

                                          however, i point out..........michael jackson bought his off the last one over ten years ago........he paid out over $12 Million because he knew if he didn't, he'd go down in flames. he was guilty then, and perhaps now.

                                          one thing is for sure, this man has a problem with boys, and is a pederast.

I followed this case closely, and believe me, with the prosecution's terrible presentation and fumbing, and the defense attorney's brilliance, and ESPECIALLY the victim's mother........as the jurors are now revealing, I wasn't the least bit surprised Jackson walked on all counts. Do a search and you'll find I said just that many times in this case.......that he will walk.

                                                                                                                                                              If you actually believe that ALL ppl are against Michael Jackson in this case because he is a rich uppity black (as you so eloquently put it), you are living in a dreamworld. Perhaps there are a few hardcore racists with puny minds who hate Jackson because he is black; once again, that is their problem and they have to live with themselves. But for those of us who feel Jackson is a pedophile who bought his way out of trouble a decade ago and had to face the music again, our opinions can be based on logic and not racial feelings.

I don't speak for any kind of specific race. I am consistently attacking Rush Limbaugh because I think he is a racist and an idiot in many respects, a misguided man who is so blinded by ideology who refuses to budge off of it.                                                                                                                                                                                               It's amazing how much influence the media has over the general public. A jury of 12 people heard the details of the evidence against MJ and aquited him BUT the media had pretty much presumed MJ was guilty and portrayed it as so. Now even though he has been proven innocent, the general public still believes he is guilty.

                                                                                                                                                                                              If people could just step back and see how effective the media influence is on thier daily lives....
