Do the opposite of the low-carb diets.
Eat lots of bread, rice & potatoes.
You'll be a fatty in no time. No joke ;)
If you drink anything (water, soda, anything) make sure its room temp. Otherwise your body will burn calories converting it to room temp.
You could also drink some regular ensure. If you drink like 3 of those a day on top of eating tons of bread/rice etc... man. You'll gain 5lbs a week easy. =)
