i have met a lot of people like you, and believe me, you people dont eat much at all.. before i cut down my food intake, i would eat two footlongs at subway, or 2 double whooper meals at BK, or a 3lb steak in just one meal.. only way i wouldnt gain weight was to swim 50-60 miles per week, and i bet you dont burn that many calories anyway..
just eat a lot and eat healthy..

I can also eat two subs from subway and I do it about 4 times a week.......... I cant gain weight either, I am 6'0 165
