Well, here's an update.
First, I won't confirm or deny whether Danza has paid or not in hopes for a happy result for everyone.
I will say this though, http://www.OC3networks.com has offered to pay for half of that Main sponsorship to help the Players Ball cut some losses which is a very stand up thing to do and he certainly shouldn't have to do something like that.
I will agree to that sponsorship and I'll be glad to give him full credit on the next Players Ball for that dollar amount.
This Players Ball is a non profit event and I'm happy when the costs are covered.Still Ballin'Comment

Also, KB is not a Marketing Firm, KB is a PR Firm.
Big difference.
With PR, you just need to get the word out there, results would be nice, but that depends on the people who hear the message a PR person sends. If KB hopes for a referal on some press that's a bonus for him, but shouldn't be a part of a PR deal.
If PR worked that way, then shouldn't the AP news wire guarantee results too?

If you made a deal with KB for a certain amount of money over a certain amount of time, and did not set specific targets for that money, that's your problem, it doesn't matter what he did or didn't do, you still owe him money.
No one cares that you simply talked to D$, what we want to know is did you pay him for your sponsorship in the Player's Ball (you're listed on the advertising as being a sponsor)?
As for your bragging about rolling bigger than ever - that appears in part because you appear to be stiffing and scamming people (designers, marketers, promoters, who are all part of GFY) - true or not?

2) Are you 100% paid up for the Player's Ball? If so, why did OC3 Networks have to step in and cover/partially cover your sponsorship?
3) Nice picture of a bike on the ground. So let's see...you crashed, flew 100-odd feet, received multiple broken ribs and a punctured lung, and just happened to be packing a camera, and were able to get up and shoot a picture of your bike? (Was expecting more like picture of stiches in your chest).
Once you fully explain, and every one vouches for you that you really paid them off, then I think your credibility will be restored.
