    Idea about turnkey single model sites

    I'm thinking about setting up a content studio with a twist, where webmasters can get models 100% exclusive to do single model sites with, we provide let's say 20 pic/video sets a month for a flat rate. (for less $ than producing inhouse)

    webmasters forget about dealing with models/photography/makeup/clothes, etc. all of the 'production' headaches and just gets the content uploaded, exclusive/guaranteed continuity under contract and 2257 complaint.

    I believe this is something that absolutely has been done before in exclusivity deals with content producers, but i will provide just this kind of service (no loose sets)

    How much $ is something attractive enough for people to use this service instead of shooting their own? any ideas/wishes? anyone interested? ;)

          why don't you just get a girl, shoot 2-3 years worth of content and then sell that as a package?

              Extremely unlikely because of the stupidly high unemployment rate in my country and how attractive the money we'll pay will be compared to normal jobs here, plus working little hours, it's too good to turn down, plus a written contract.

              However it is possible and that's something that could happen to anyone, hiring models themselves or doing it this way, the only guarantee that we can offer is that we'll do whatever it takes to keep the model happy.

              You don't ask for a refund at the pet shop if your puppy dies 3 months after you get it, shit just happens ;)

                      Good idea if the client has the money that's an option we could offer, otherwise it will be like paying for that package in installments, which is good if you're just starting out or on a low budget.

                          Content production is a headache. I had my own studio for 2 years and it was nothing but constant crap to deal with.

                          So this sounds like a good idea, but be prepared for all the hassles involved.

                                      it can be a pain, i have 2 sites that i shoot myself (and spare photographer/assistant/models/webmaster time) so this could be a way to monetize it.

                                                  Not to knock ya, but not only do I agree with KRL I also think Mutt already does this. If I recall though Mutt handles a very large shoot order of a single girl and then delivers all the content you will need for a year or two.

                                                              Turnkey would be if you do everything. What you are doing is similar to a regular content provider.

As for just getting 20 sets a month, you would be missing the point of offering such a service. 20 sets these days are even near enough to launch, plus, a quality single girl site should be updating 2 to 3 times a week, min. Serious clients would require at least 100-150 sets and hours of video to make it interesting for him. Plus, you stand the SERIOUS risk of a model flaking after the first 30 days. Teens are teen, regardless of there finanical situation. They will flake.

                                                                  It's a huge undertaking. Also, considering where you live, it might be harder to find the type of mainstream models that would fit what that "typical" single site models look. While they are beautiful down there, most are more ethinic looking then what you can find in the states. Hense, a bit harder of a sell acrossed the board.

                                                                  Dont even think about doing it unless you can deliver at least a years worth of content upfront. Stills and video.

                                                                  Now, if you are looking to shoot, hit me up, I could use someone to shoot for me if you like.                                                                                       Nah really, the difference IS big, the average salary here in argentina is USD 300/month, say we pay the model 1k/month, plus there aren't many work opportunities here, i have girls calling each week asking when they can start. Anyway if the client wants a year of content upfront why not?

                                                                                          Ok, if you supply 2257 docs and at least 1 yr then things wouldnt be too bad. Still gotta think bout the niche though. Latin single model sites arent for everyone.

                                                                                          So correct me if im wrong but 1k a month meaning youll sell the girls pics exclusively but to many different clients? or just 1?

                                                                                              i was thinking 2k total per 20 sets per month, around $100 per pic set and a short video of each, absolutely exclusive both the content AND model, sites i've produced: www.noeteen.com / www.karencandy.com (sold) will do 2 castings this week that are already semi-sold but could be available, one of the girls does have an ethnic look, the other is pretty much like sharon stone but younger

You sell exclusive sets for any less then 400.00 a set in that quanity (20 sets) I will hunt you down myself.

                                                                                                                  Get some more info before you start throwing prices around. 400.00 per 100 image set is CHEAP when it comes to the "right" solo site girl. You will get that much if and only if the girl is hot, and you can even get more then that if shes something special. $100.00 per set isnt even a fair price for a butt ugly girl, sold as exclusive. Way to cheap.
