i used to bang out 16 hour days like it was nothing, but i got burned out on it REAL quick and caused me insomina that i've been battling for the past 3 months now (im on medication right now to help it).
so i only work around 3-5 hours a day, usually 6-7 days a week.

i'm doing shit 14 hours a day
when it comes to actual work (not time wasted watching the news or reading gfy) it's in the 3-6 hours range I'd say.
I'm lazy lately
but when I then calc how much money I earn /hour working lol

I'd guess 12 hours a day on average during the work week. Varies a bit depending one what's going on. Weekends, it's probably closer to 4-6 again all depending on projects.

In the old days it was non stop. Now I managed to get down to 9-10 hours a day (when there is no major issues to deal with).

It takes me longer to get my hours in because I have little kids I have to take care of, too. So while I may WORK 8 hours avergae, it'll take me twelve to get them in because I can't work straight through. I can set them up with a Disney movie and I will still be up and down every two-three minutes to get them a drink, kill a fly, find their blankies, take them potty...etc etc But their dad is taking a night shift job so he can sleep mornings and come here in the afternoon to spend time with them and keep them out of my hair, so hopefully soon it will get better.
