                                                                              Those "art" sites featuring underage models get away with it because just "posing" nude is considered "art" and is not subject to the same laws as sexually explicit stuff.

                                                                              Even still, it would be nice to have some justification on this issue along with a word from someone who knows for sure whether or not there are underage models in the members section.
