No shit. They get around the FDA by calling these things "suppliments" and "herbal remedies". Just because something is "herbal" doesn't mean it is safe to start taking on a regular basis without doctor supervision.

From an affilliate standpoint I've avoided them because of the untrue claims most of them make. There's a lot of FTC activity around that.
