I'll may start attending more web industry events in the future, but we'll have to see.

I already have more than 200 exclusive photos sets and over 100 exclusive videos (25+ hours of video) on my ADG Site, featuring over 70 models (including the male performers), with tons more content to add (that's just the AsianDivaGirls site - I have twice as much content if you add in my other sites).
I've easily spent over $150,000 on my sites so far (talent, hosting, equipment, wardrobe, travel, etc). That's a big investment. I've made lots more than that back, but since I am the sole investor and only employee that only seems fair. I feel at the current price that I offer my Members a good bargain.
My growth plan is to double my prices and double my traffic by myself in the next year, so if I went the affiliate route, then I really couldn't double prices again over that, so I would have to at least quadruple my current traffic to make the exact money I project I will make by doing everything by myself.
Besides, if it becomes too much work I could probably pay someone to help on the marketing for far less money than I would be paying out to affiliates.
Also, it seems like there is a lot of drama in the sponsor/affiliate biz too (shaving and other scams, backstabbing, etc).
I'm always open to hear ideas, but for now I haven't heard any reasons compelling enough for me to go the affiliate route.
Until I do I'll just keep on doing my little ol' thing here in my city by the bay.
