You don't know me. I am the VP of Operations for Paysigndesign.com. When I was notified of your post (by one of my clients) I decided to research this "new information" before responding to your accusations, Because they are accusations. In my search I found that Paysitedesign.com not only never hired you to do design work but also there doesn;t seem to be an moneys owed to you for any work done. WHich made me wonder why you would accuse us of not paying you. Then I thought I should look into this further. ANd that is when I made a discovery. Duane/Pensfran seems to be the person for whom you worked for, Since that is whom we got that design from. (XXXdesisgngroup.com) You're grevence is with Pensfran and not Hungryman nor paysitedesign.com. You have made some serious accusations here. We never have hired you or even commissioned you to do any work for us. If any moneys are owed to you they are owed to you by Pensfan not us. We cleared our bussiness with him when XXXdesigngroup.com was desolved. He was paid for the designs that hungryman brought over to Paysitedesign. What we do with bought designs is our bussiness. As it is you 're personal clients bussiness...what they do with designs they commission from you. You are a designer, so you, better then anybody else should Understand that once the design is sold it belongs to the person that bought it.
Also I'd like to add that our clientele cums to us for they're design needs because they want to be able to recieve the right designer for the job in question. At paysitedesign we have over 10 freelance sat designers working with us. Our designs are a complation of work from different artist. And we never make the claim that paysite design is one person, or one designer.
I'd like to ask you to retract the accusations you have made here tonight. This is not the forum or place to dig holes. All you had to do was talk so somebody at paysitedesign.com Contact numbers are there for just that reason. This delma of yours might of faired differently.
I apologise to any of our clients that read this. It is unfortunate that a single person whom didn't have his facts straight would go to this lenght to accuse an induvidual or company, without having all the facts. I 'm sorry you had to witness this.
Amp/Todd, If in fact you were commissined by XXXdesigngroup.com for that base design, then your paymant should cum from them. If all you were looking for was recognition, we would of Gladly given to you, had we known.

PS Voodoo, It is our discretion to hire designers,and not the designers choice. just because u had a conversation on ICQ doesn't mean u got the job.
