On some of the sites I am visiting it's inserting a :80 after the domain, how the hell do you disable this?

Just so that you're aware, there's been a big vulnerability discovered in IE7:

      Description:
A vulnerability has been discovered in Internet Explorer 7, which can be exploited by
malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive information.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of redirections for URLs with the "mhtml:" URI handler. This can be exploited to access documents served from another web site.

Secunia has constructed a test, which is available at:

      http://secunia.com/Internet_Explorer...rability_Test/

Secunia has confirmed the vulnerability on a fully patched system with
Internet Explorer 7.0 and Microsoft Windows XP SP2. Other versions may also be affected.

      Solution:
      Disable active scripting support.

I just installed IE7 the other day, and it's pretty lame, I have no idea what all the fuss was about, it's the same shit as 6.0 except they added tabs and it's not the best implementation of them at all, tabs in FF 2.0 work 10x better...

I just installed IE7 on my laptop. I'll say one thing, the new interface is non-intuitive and is a weird layout.

Don't see what the big deal is. Nothing special except tabs which they copied off of Firefox.
