2257 basically slapped the judge in the face that presided over the sundance case. they are basically saying, "fuck your case and the law it created, we don't give a fuck. we are unconstitutional bible thumping fuckers that bear no recourse to what we do."

Thats really not something you should rely on. As a direct result of the terrorists acts of 9-11 that the U.S. Government appeared to have a common target. It sounded so logical: there are terrorists in the house, they are threatening the so-called Free World, there must be laws against them. These laws might give the US the right to declare whomever it pleases a terrorist, but they can also act as a sort of "Demagogic" Sword against activists in the country where they are in force. The definition of ?terrorist? is so vague that you now have to think not twice, but several times over, before say, joining or organizing protests, where these protest can be held and in whos name or what organization's name are these protests being held.
It's simply "Un-Patriotic" to protest? Recently the Electronic Frontier Foundation obtained and released the draft for "The US Patroit Act Powers". NTSS stands for "National Terriorists Sex Sites" and this would warrant further investigation cough cough ....
I hope that people in this forum are truly looking past their pockets and just crossing their fingers. If ever there was a time for another "tea party" it's right now.
