She just said on CourtTV maybe Michael Jackson's back problems are a result of his lying on his back in his bed with children.

Correct, but from what I'm hearing it sounds like she is as much a media whore with a big mouth as Anne Coulter is.

My point is that there is a deluge of attacks on MJ's character going on out there, most of it couched in humor. In the face of that onslaught it is a bit odd to be disgruntled by one spoken comment. Of course, anyone uttering such a snide comment without first hearing the decision of the jury is probably far overstepping themselves.

Think of this not only in the context of the MJ case but also any case the media is interested in...

There is a HUGE difference in someone like Jay Leno making jokes about a case and someone else making the newsrounds in an effort to influence jurors. I don't care what anyone says, unsequestered jurors watch TV, listen to the radio and read their daily paper. As much as they may try to abort anything they shouldn't see/hear, it is impossible to avoid it.
