    Even though it is a bit cold outside

    ...I got an urge for a steak...so I fired up the barbecuer. Eating steak...eggs...and Russian Rye toast...with strawberry jam. Just thought I would share that with you.

                      Well...yes...the steak was an early morning snack...it is now 6:07 AM PST and I am having my real breakfast...a double Bloody Mary. Life is good.

                          I just had a big bowl of oatmeal, with raisins and mollasses. Some might hate that kind of breakfast, I love it.
