they signed with me the contract that include visa and mastercard but didnt provide mastercard for more then 2 month!
in the contract it was nothing about charging transaction fee for declines but now they tell me that i need to pay 0.90$ for each decline transaction even it was mastercard transaction! 2 month they didnt provide me mastercard and now they say: you need to pay for declines on mastercard too!!
they charging fees for everything: setup fee 500$ was taken from my creditcard once and then they take it again from my first payment! they are lying that they credit it back to my card. i waiting to this credit almost 2 month!
now they are own more then 4000$ to me and didnt want to pay that and also they draw a lot of chargeback in their stats but in the instabill.com admin panel you cannot see this chargebacks! and they refuse to say what transactions it was so i afraid its all fake stats.
i thinking to hire british lawyer to sue them but i afraid it will be cost a lot and since i am not from europe it can be very hard to sue them.Comment
