Get at least 6 hours of uninterupted sleep a night..dont sleep in.. start your day off with a walk , jog or slight workout...eat right.

I could lay in bed all day from being tired..but it only makes me more tired.. I find I get energy as I get up and start moving around.

I do smoke to get to sleep though.
