I wonder if Paul's sales will increase. Rather then delete sites, I'd just buy the sets. If they're from Bargain Basement, you can get them pretty cheap.

He's not willing to supply the proper paperwork so that is not going to help his sales.

All the content we have purchased from paul contains releases and a picture of the model holding up 2 forms of id. All the adult.com content is bargain basement $5 a set stuff.

Paul just doesn't condone adult.com giving you the model id's.. I'm sure he will give them to you if you buy the content.

Interesting question. I think it's about the numbers.

If sponsors give a set to 100 affiliates it only needs 1 of those affiliates to realise the set is what got the sale and not the FREE to get back the one sale. So 1%

Now think of the affiliates who are tired of getting turned down becasue of having free content, maybe another 1%. so now I have two buyers where as before I had only one.

Will sponsors pay a premium prices, say $100 for a set that is new and limited distribution with the rights to give it to unlimited affiliates? Say 5 sales at $100 each.

The future will be interesting.

From what I read in his other thread, he'll give proper paperwork to clients, but he won't give proper paperwork to clients (sponsors) to distribute to affiliates. If he isn't willing to give out proper paperwork period, he can kiss his US business goodbye.

My license does not and never did allow clients to distribute IDs or reveal models real names.

So the IDs and documents are with the content, something I have always maintained was the right way, but those IDs and documents are to be shown only to the proper authorities.

So let me get this straight according to Paul I cannot get the model ID's I need from Adult.com even though they paid him for the rights to give his content to affiliates to promote thier sites. BUT if I contact and pay Paul myself for this same content which I already have the right to use and was paid for by Adult.com, then I can have the ID's I need?

So what is your stance on this issue? That you will supply ID's to webmasters willing to pay you, on top of the money you already recieved for that content. So basically your looking to double dip and increase your profits and it has nothing to do with not wanting to release model ID's.

Well why don't we all just spread out all the models IDs to anyone who asks so Chris can make a buck or two.

And while he screws this business by making models think twice about allowing their IDs to spread around like confetti he won't care because he will hang onto a bit of money.

Chris obviously a license and agreement mean nothing to you, so if I sign up to your affiliate program and decide to alter the agreement because it suits me your all right with that.

The license says no distribution of IDs; the US government has decided that if you post explicit you need to verify the models are over age. So I'm the villain?

I believe if we all follow your route we will all suffer. Because models DO NOT WANT THEIR IDENTITIES REVEALED. No matter what you said to models before a shoot or what they signed, they did not understand the implications of what you propose. When they do they will start to question whether $500 is worth the risk.

Long term your company will suffer, less models, lower quality models and you will lose affiliates, simply because you will not adapt and thing giving out hardcore will keep you afloat. How many of your affiliates will promote you and list their business or home address?

You don't agree with me then fine, but don't expect others to break their agreements to suit you and your wallet.

Plus I have an agreement with my models and that means something to me.

Please, your not looking out for your models, your looking out for you. Your more then willing to give out model ID's to people who pay you directly so enough with your assumptions and accusations about what other companies do and where they are going to be down the road. Yes I'm looking out for me. This time next year I want to be getting the same level of models I'm getting today. By going your routwe I believe I will get less.

I am willing to give out IDs to people I check, I'm just not willing to give that responsibility to you and people who care less about me getting good models than I do.

You've stated over and over again on up to 4 webmasters boards that I know of, that you want to be paid twice for the content that webmasters where given by affiliate programs. Then once you make an extra $5 a set you don't give a shit who you give ID's too, just that you made more money. Your so full of crap its unreal and more and more affiliates/webmasters or how you classify us (scum, including myself) mean nothing to you until you make money from the situation we are in.
