Tala Made it here!

She finally made it here, after a nasty little incident here in Mexico. She had her laptop taken by some nice Mexican people that ran her off the road. So now she is computerless. But we have covered that. I have a desk top that she will be using , until she can get a new one.

But I wanted to say thanks to everyone that hepled her.

We were planning on swinging over to Mexico while in San Diego.. Should I be having second thoughts??

I just spent a week in Mexico in Cozumel/Cancun/Playa Del Carmen/Tulum.... and it wasn't bad at all... we were warned a lot... from locals... but never had any problems... Had a great time, I love the way they drive down there... it was fun cause we had a rental car. It's probably a lot different up North though.

What happened to her, only happened to her because she was in a U-haul. It was not that bad of a situation. But For her I am sure that it was.

As for visiting Mexico while in San Diego, It is safe, just dont put your self in to a bad situation. The same laws that you obey in the US, you obey here, or it will cost you. Some laws dont apply, but as for safety, keep your eyes open and your brain in gear, and you wont have any probelms.

If any of you do decide to come to Mexico, pleas let me know, and we will try to help out any way that we can.
