Tech Problem - new install & can't use F keys

It recognizes ESC & enter etc., so its def detecting the keyboard. And i've tried the numlock etc.

is it a wireless keyboard? try using a keyboard plugged directly to the machine

no its not wireless....but yea, i will try it direct with the keyboard, its just a pain in the ass, i've got computers stacked & wires running all over, its not easy to get to

theres an F-Lock button on the keyboard, did you miss that?

thera are meny problems with the emulation with kvm swithches.. when you make the install, have the keyboard directly in the computer, and move it to the kvm switch when done. But some kvm switches are better than other - our black box is great, but to damm expensive
