I started with practically no money, just bought me a domain and the basic hosting. Not that I'm a big earner and make loads of money but I earn a nice extra. All I had to do is puts lots of time in it, especially in the beginning

best advice I can give you is, do not be lazy.

my problem is I procrastinate a lot. I make great money still because of the industry, but that is only because I busted my ass for almost 2 years starting late 99.

I've been trying some different things, and I've noticed that unless you are willing (key word) to work hard at making it work, no matter how much cash you have, your return will always be minimal as compared to dedication.

start off with cheap hosting, some time, and a lot of patience.

Basically all money does is shorten your time line, you can get things done with no budget it just takes a really long time. Once you have a budget you can roll things out overnight while you sleep

yes, but hit the newbie forums and read read read!!
Try and learn from other peoples mistakes, because if you're starting
with next to nothing behind you in cash you can't afford to make
too many mistakes
