Epassporte Suspended Accts

My epassporte account was closed yesterday too. The reason given was:

"Your accounts is closed cuz you're a stupid faggot with a big nose and a small penis".

no but epass cs said they are now doing random audits... btw... i spoke with a supervisor and she was awesome.. she says she can get me back online in 3 days...

also, i had 3 accts suspened at the same time....

Does anyone know what happens when you try to send money to a suspended account? Is the money rejected or accepted?

they told me its placed in hold until acct is rectified...

I can't understand why so many sponsors work with epassporte. In my believe, epassporte isn't that serious.

I tried to open an new acount 3 times. But they are not able to get their fucking $ 25 from my visa-card.
Last, I got an systemmail from epassporte, I should look at my credicard-acount, to find their transsaction-number to validate my new epassporte-acount, but there is no transaktion from epassporte. I called to my creditcard company and they say, there wasn't any request from epassporte.

I tell epassporte that. No answer. As any time I mailed to the support, no anser.

So guess what? Looks like epassporte is just that, what we call a third-party biller. They are not able to do any transactions by themselves.

Today I found the emailadress from michael olsen here and wrote again - but guess, I will get no answer too.

one thing sounds curious to me.
Is anyone here, who can explain to me, why ePassporte need my creditcard or my bankacount??? I mean they offer an atm/debit something... and I am willing to pay this 25, or 35 or whatever amount of dollar they need for this. The only thing what they have to do is TO TAKE IT !

Any small company who have an contract with Visa, is able to do that. The chinese across the road is able to do that - but ePassporte can't.
But, never I will bring money from my CC or my bank to ePassporte or ask for their money or to credit me money.
I am forced to open an ePassporte acount and get this second-class card because the sponsors trust to much in ePassporte.
I may ask, do the sponsors know, how hard is it to get an ePassporte acount? I try this for one and half year now.

eh, ePassporte I am so much tired.

I had a little issue with account access, but a quick call to customer service, and they got everything wrapped up for me.
