      Not bad for a first gallery... but a little hard on the eyes....

      IMO

      - center the logo and remove the ".com" from it
      - make "home of the big meaty sausage" the same style as the logo
      - use consistant thumb sizes. all vertical or all horizontal. crop em if you have to.
      - add border to thumbs
      - make your outgoing link graphic shorter, not so many words. Give it a nice "ENTER HERE FOR SAMPLE VIDEOS" or something on one line.
      - Give yourself some <BR>'s under the bottom outgoing link, so it's not burried on the bottom.
      - bring the word "of" up to the first line on the bottom outgoing link and make "BigSausagePizza.com" bigger and brighter, a diff color.
      - make background black or really dark green.

              I don't promote it, but is BigSausagePizza a MILF site? I thought it was just hardcore? If it's a MILF site, then your last line is fine, otherwise that "Mom" reference might turn the intended target audience off.

              The chick in the pics is solid, the layout is average, the text is average, it's not bad. Should do fine. Use that chameleon submitter, many GFYers are always yapping about it.

                      design wise it isn't bad for a first time but the color background hurts my eyes.

                              It won't sell, and here's why:

                              You need to TEASE the surfer. Don't give away everything. Right now I can sit down and have a wack attack to at least 3 images in this gallery.

                              They key to making sales is to leave the BEST images OUT. The tease is KEY to sales.

                                  All good advice but let me add one more thing.

                                  Make all the pictures teh same height. Its ok if that makes some wider, but it just looks better.
