OCCash shuts XPCash down for stolen content!
If you are an affiliate promoting www.xpcash.com now is a good time to pull you links. Our attorneys have filed a cease and desist and the behalf of OCCash, XPCash has complied, and shut down their program.
It was brought to our attention that they were using content from brazilbang.com, kungpoapussy.com, 18interracial.com, as well as others that was stolen from OCCash websites. This was a very bold / stupid move on the behalf of XPCash, as OCCash has the exclusive internet distribution rights for this content.

Dear Mr. Munroe:
This firm represents R&R Resource Management and its website www.occash.com (collectively ?OC Cash?). As such, please direct all future communications to this firm. The unauthorized use by you, Net Ideas, LLC and your/its website, www.xpcash.com, and all its representatives, agents, directors, officers and subsidiaries, (collectively ?XP Cash?), of proprietary videos exclusively licensed to OC Cash is an infringement of OC Cash?s proprietary rights and violates the rights of publicity of our client and the other models whose performances are embodied in such videos. This letter should serve, therefore, as notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3).
The undersigned certifies as accurate and states under penalty of perjury that: (1) the undersigned is authorized to act on behalf of OC Cash; (2) the material claimed to be infringing OC Cash?s proprietary rights are images that OC Cash has exclusive rights to exploit; (3) the material claimed to be infringing of OC Cash?s proprietary rights appears on www.xpcash.com, www.blackinbrazil.com, www.asianstreetpussy.com, www.blackpussypatrol.com, www.gutterfilms.com and www.spanishbutt.com; (4) the undersigned can be reached at the address and telephone number listed on this letter, and/or at [email protected]; (5) OC Cash has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by OC Cash, its licensor, its agents, or the law; and (6) the information in this notice is accurate to the best of the knowledge of the undersigned and OC Cash. Please contact me no later than June 13, 2005 to confirm your willingness to remedy this unlawful conduct.
Nothing contained in this letter, nor done pursuant hereto, shall constitute a waiver or compromise of, or otherwise affect, any rights or remedies of OC Cash, including its right to seek redress in court for www.xpcash.com?s and Net Ideas, LLC?s violation of OC Cash?s rights, all of which rights and remedies are expressly reserved.
