the liability of accepting mail for the last couple of years will be alive for the next couple of years. imho, good move but could be a little late. it takes a while for mail to catch up to you and even most compliant mailers are still violating many states' laws. i have not seen any significant ugly mail for your program so i doubt you have anything to worry about.
