Graphic Logo Contest

Indie film needs a great logo!

My Entertainment attorney is putting together out budget and rounding producers. Once the budget is finalized (After she is done doing all the legal eagle work) we can cut you a check. I would like to get a head start that is if "your ok" with trusting us to pay you when the budget comes in. It will be a "nice check" for a logo. Your name or your company name will also be included in our closing credits. The title of the feature is not listed on imdb.com yet because our Attorney is currently assembling the crew and producers. If you are interested in having your work displayed on our promo and dvd's please read on.

The logo title is

TOWNIES
LIVE BY THE GUN AND DIE BY THE GUN

The logo should be GANGSTER/IRISH

The winner of the best logo will be chosen by me. We can if you'd like arrange a payment agreement (How much we agree to pay you when the budget is ready, within a month).

sorry but no one is going to enter this (anyone half decent at least) until they know how much they're getting paid. don't jump the gun if your budget isn't ready.

I realize this may appear "jumping the gun", but this is a big opportunity for who ever participates.

The indie film industry is a close circle and you'd be surprised how much we all recommend talent to each other, whether it's a graphic designer or an actor.

Plus, how many people can say they designed the logo on a DVD box or a movie poster? not many.

Why should people have to ICQ you to discuss how much the contest is worth? You'll do yourself a lot better if you just give us a rough approximation, or a minimum $. Surely you don't want a shitload of people ICQ'ing you asking how much the logo contest is paying... There has been a LOT of cheating concerning design contest starters and no one half decent wants to take a chance.

$1000 for full exclusive rights. That is for a logo only. Alot of money compared to what adult site owners would pay for a logo. The winner reserves the right to hold onto the logo until payment is made.

Like galleryseek said, there's a lot of cheating going on. Why don't you put this money in a 3rd party account like Escrow?

Holding onto the graphic until we pay you is the escrow. I don't think this is a project that will take any longer than a night of hacking around to complete.

If I was paying for this out of my own pocket I certainly wouldn't be offering $1000 for a logo but its a movie budget and we will be able to afford over pay when needed.

When we get the budget I'll hit someone up here. Instead earning a $1000 for just a logo, You can build all this...

a warning page, the splash page, 3 tour pages and a joinpage template + 10 animated banners

for the same price.

The contest is open for anyone that wants to create the logo and make alot more money from it in a few weeks. If noone creates a logo that we like, we will just wait until the budget money is here and we will pay for the logo with that money at regular rates.
