    What would be some good questions to ask the seller when buying an existing affiliate program with pay sites?

                          hehe...not to be rude..but if you are considring it..id sit down with an old timer...there are a million factors to take into account

                          not just the joins per day and retention etc

                              It's just the obvious stuff you need to ask.. members.. retention, how many of the signups are coming from sources that disappear with the seller, # opt in emails, monthly profit, model ID's for 2257 compliance.. what aff script they are using, what CMS they are using.. what security software they are using.. what banking/billing solution they are using etc etc.

                                  Yeah that too.. I just figured he was chatting to someone, not 110% serious. If you're really looking to buy i'd have someone else go over it before you part with money to look at where their traffic is coming from & how they're running things rather than regurgitating questions from gfy without knowing how someone could BS you.
