Not to mention webmaster would still be producing the pages, thus still under the 2257 umbrella.

Already had this idea. Im talking to some sponsors, the problem is that this puts the affiliate program liable for what the affiliate does on that domain, and they own the right to the site.

what if they use content that isnt part of the program?

get a brownie, get the gals approved by sponsor and then submit.
if they change it later, delete them...

damn lot of work for sponsors

Sponsor would still be liable no matter where they got the content.

yup they will have the docs for their content isn't it?

sponsor approves the gallery/and its duplictes that means its his content and he has the docs and therefore fully compliant.

this way exclusive paysites will have full track of url's where their content is published. (which is a necessary i think)

I know of a couple of programs that already do this, for select affiliates that have already established a history with the program.
