    What do I have to do/buy to have my own paysite and aff program?

    Ok, I've never build a paysite, so I don't know everything I need to build one and have my own affiliate program. So my question is:

    What do I have to do/buy to have my own paysite and aff program?

    Any links to tutorials would be great...

          I can help you with the CMS you will deffinatly want to end up getting unless you really have no value of your own time and love to manually do everything.

                                                                                                          First what does it matter to most people if he succeeds or fails with starting a paysite, its not like it is your money at risk?
                                                                                                          Second for years and years now almost everybody always says something along the lines of "your have no experience, your clueless, so do not start a paysite yet". Fuck I swear people have been saying this since this whole damn internet thing was discovered. Yet a lot of the paysites out there were started by people with no experience and or clueless about aspects of this industry, and many of them are perfectly fine today.

                                                                                                              I'm making 1000's of $'s a month now with my own paysites at Porn Access. I would try to make a few paysites there first, doesn't cost you anything and when you know what convcrts and what not (and made enough $)....make your own paysites with your own billing/content etc. I will list your Porn Access FHG's on all my TGP's.

                                                                                                                                              I already have more than 10.000 PA FHG's in my db, I love them If you make like 10 FHG's, it won't send much....so try to make at least 100 if you want some decent traffic to your gals. And other TGP owners can link to your PA FHG's too so you can make some nice $ if you know a few tgp owners and get them to list your PA FHG's.

                                                                                                                                                      Chop all vids
                                                                                                                                                      Install in CMS (or use mod to to do it for you)
                                                                                                                                                      Set update schedule

                                                                                                                                                      Make FHG's and promo materials and install (Free Hosted Admin) is good!
                                                                                                                                                      Test all sites ;)

                                                                                                                                                          Get your site build. Start processing with ccbill and epoch because its cheaper and easier. Then grow as you learn.

                                                                                                                                                                      But seriously when I started my first pay site 3 years ago I didn't know shit, and yet it was modestly sucessful and generated over 100K annualy within 1 year.

                                                                                                                                                                      Which just goes to show that if you have a good idea and great content being cluless is not a complete obstacle.

                                                                                                                                                                      The most important things you need are:

                                                                                                                                                                      -- Great exclusive content, the key to it all
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Video splitting/cutting/encoding software. It has to be batch automated like Cleaner XL if you'd like to have a life also.
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Good designer
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Good webmaster
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Merchant account w/Netbilling or 3rd party CCbill. Start with CCbill, an Internet merchant account for porn takes 2-3 months and they want to see at least 50K a year (preferably more) to want to bother.
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Good cheap hosting
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Defintely some sort of CMS. Can be home brewed scripts that is what I use - drop each week's work info into a database and the members section is updated automatically.
                                                                                                                                                                      -- Good marketing plan

                                                                                                                                                                      Lots and Lots and Lots more, its why people don't take the question seriously, its kind like asking "How do I build a house"?
