As many of you are aware, the recent changes to the 2257 laws have caused much of the online adult community to scramble for information and guidance. Several of our webmasters have approached us about our stance and course of action, and we appreciate everyone's patience awaiting our official announcement.
Fortunately for ATKINGDOM, our approved ATKCash affiliate content has ALWAYS been softcore in nature. Our TOS states in Section 9:
"The free areas of the submitted site must not contain sexual activity or hardcore material meant to promote ATKINGDOM. All such content must be restricted to the password-protected areas. You can not use ANY hardcore images to promote ATKINGDOM outside of age verified areas. ATKINGDOM defines hardcore as any type of actual insertion into the mouth, anus or vagina (by device, another person, or other parts of the model's own anatomy). Mouth to mouth kissing, licking, and touching of any part of their anatomy other than the places specified above is acceptable."
Our policy prohibiting hardcore promotional material will not change. In line with the provision that content portraying masturbation is considered hardcore, as of June 10th (our next scheduled release date of the nearly 1Gb of content we release monthly) there will be no images that could even remotely be considered masturbatory. We will be adjusting our Free Hosted Galleries, premade galleries, and banners to remove any hint of masturbation as defined by 2257.
If you are hosting any ATKINGDOM content (including banners) that is hardcore in nature, we respectfully ask that you remove this content immediately. While in itself, we would consider hardcore promotional materials from our site to be a violation of our TOS and subject to closure of your account, the new 2257 regulations mean the penalties for noncompliant US webmasters are MUCH worse than just having your account terminated.
Since our affiliate content will remain softcore, we WILL NOT BE RELEASING ANY MODEL IDs. We have the utmost respect for our performers' privacy and safety and will take no risks to jeopardize either.
