I would bring my passport also, and hide your money REAL good. Some friends of mine went down to TJ a few months ago to have a good time. Well, as they are walking back to the border the federalies jumped out from behind a building and shook down my friends. Nearly taking all their money, only left them enough to get home. My friends said they did everything as usual. To say the least, they will NOT be going back.

in your case i would have something else, they like to fuck with anyone who doesnt look american. i go frequently and sometimes they dick me and sometimes not. i have a passport now and they dont flex.
the drivers license used to get me looked at. i'd be safe and bring something else.Comment

You can walk across without it, just have ID. I wouldn't bring your passport or social security card unless you have a reason to. Passport is worth $40 large and a SS card is worth $5 large on the black market.
