Is Epic Cams on the merchant account or not yet? How are your UK scrub rates compared to ccbill or paycom for example? I've had a really hard time processing UK surfers in the past on the above 2 IPSP's.

We have it only on the paysites at this time, not epicCams.

Good for you. We have been with Netbilling for a long time and our ratios are always good and chargebacks are low. Even though you have control over alot of the scrub tools, they still have some on the backend that you cnanot touch.
Don't loosen your fraud tools up until after the first few months when you see how the chargebacks are and you will be fine. We use Netbilling for checks also and their check procesing is really good and cheap too. Are you processing checks through them as well?

Nice - A merchant account with Netbilling is the best way to go IMO. It is nice getting paid every day.
