    If you were arrested for not having the 2257 docs, what would the charges be?

    are the charges something like "incorrect documentation", or something worse?

          Actually, it's not too funny. They'd probably try to insinuate that you had underage models due to the lack of proof. US is fast becoming guilty until proven innocent in a lot of areas.

                          not more than 5 years for first offence, not more than 10 years for second. let's just hope they don't consider each model you don't have documented as 'an offence'. you'll be in there for life.

                              Im not worried about that because I do all milf and models who are clearly in their 30's.

                                  Well typically with crimes they stack, so often if you have 20 violations it very well can be 20 counts or offenses, then you hopefully plea down to just one or more to avoid a trial and possible guilt on multiple offenses.

                                      If the label it as a child protection crime, the trial in the press and the stigma you will get will be much worse. Wouldnt matter if you did have only 30 year olds it is what they label it as not what they convict as.
