    Players Ball - Final Details - Includes Reggae, Wet T-shirts, Bbq, Pool, Tone Loc, Dj

    I've posted a bunch of threads about what's going on and now I have concluded the final touches.



    I was keeping options open for a possible after party, one of our sponsors was interested in doing one.

    But after further review, I think it's best just to end the party at 10:00 pm and send everyone to the party following ours. DJ Airek and his sponsors have a great party planned and I don't want to step on anyones toes.

    We've added new sponsors into the mix as well, want to thank them all here.

                          Should take into consideration that his eyes may not be what they used to be, so will need to be a little closer.

                                  at 5:30 pm, I'll be taking all Players Card holders and sponsors, friends of sponsors and hotties backstage to meet the artists.

                                  Just be by the pool by 5:30 pm, no later and I'll announce ont he mic that I'm doing the meet and great for my Players.

                                                              wouldn't think that at all yo. much respect to da playa D$. i am the one that moved my party to your night. i didn't have much choice though. logistics with cybernet and the club didn't jive at all for me to do the wednesday.

                                                              can't wait for your show. after this week i need some reggae in my life.

                                                                                                                                              I made the mistake last year of making cheezy flyers for the first time ever. Normally we use passes, so I pride myself on having sweet looking passes, but since last years was a flyer, I made them look more like a paper flyer.

                                                                                                                                              This time, even though you don't need a pass to get in, I made the flyer look like a pass. it's better for people to think they need it and put them in their pockets and see the sponsors names on it later.

                                                                                                                                              I printed at the top of the flyer, "Cybernet Badge = Pass".

                                                                                                                                              I hope people realize this Players Ball is an early event so we can have fun under the sun, normally you'd think it's a late night thing.

                                                                                                                                                                  One day I'll put them all behind glass and have artists sign the ones they've performed at, include photos from past events. I'll give them away to lucky contest winners or something cool like that.

                                                                                                                                                                  I'd like to see who has the biggest collection of Players Ball passes besides me, I'd give a very special VIP courtesy for January if someone can show me they held onto an impressive assortment of them. I'd give them a private table and VIP passes if they impress me with their collection.

                                                                                                                                                                  I always feel a bond with people who have been to one of my parties, so when someone says they've been to a couple or a few, I dig it.
