You go hire a BIG maconry drill, with a 3 inch diameter bit and start drilling. The vibations through your body will soothe your cramps withing about 5 minutes.
Make sure it's a shit quality masonry drill though, so that you don't end up with 20 holes during those 5 minutes.
I'm honestly not shitting, my wife does that ever since we stumbled across the remedy. Difference is, we need lots of holes drilling.
