    Gonna go pay quarterly taxes today

    Got the payment coupon today from the govt. I thought quarterlies were due in July, but it turns out theyre due in June 15th. So going to run and pay them today.

    I hate sending like half my money away like this. I have a good amount in the bank then got to pay tax and then theres so little left afterwards : (

      I pay them monthly.

      I used to be obligated to (long story) but now I just do it because it's easier to remember and pay that way for us.

              You can send the IRS any payment you want so long as it is faster than quarterly. So if you want to send it weekly, they don't give a fuck, so long as they get their money before their deadline.

                              Absolutely. I take the 4 quarterly slips, make copies and then white out over what is says and write in "June, payment 6 of 12" for example.
