Kinda shaming how few of the "old school" have shown up in any of the threads about scumware. Maybe that lack of interest in the business which supports us is why not so many are around any more?

I can't speak for anyone else but I tend to stay away from any programs pushing scumware, adware, fucking_with_people's_computers_in_any_way_ware. Don't miscronstrue my silence for tolerance.

I think a lot of "old schoolers" are simply not interested in board pissing any longer, preferring to get on with their shit.

Maybe that kind of lethargy is the reason so much of sh*t is still going around. But hey, let's keep our heads in the sand (or up someone else's ass). That's what most of the "old school" have been doing for the past 10 years, so I guess it must be right.

I just sold my oldest one

wasn't THAT old, but was a 99...

Earliest one I ever had was a 98, but let it expire years ago...I don't do that anymore, just selling off what I'm not using.
