Regardless of the cause, your carelessness led you to do something morally and ethically wrong, as well as potentially illegal. You admit this of your own volition. Fris did nothing but refer to your carelessness.
As for whether or not words constitute pornography, this is the definition of pornography: "Sexually explicit pictures,
writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal." By extension, sexually explicit writing about children constitutes child pornography.
