                    Funny thing is, I have been riding since I was 12 and now that I am 36 I am hitting the biggest jumps ever. Shouldn't I have done these when I was younger.

                            Once my buddy and me were heading to the quarry to ride, and a cop was waiting for us (It was a constant battle for them as there were 10 or so of us who would ride through fields and cross backroads all summer long). I saw him as I came out into the clearing and turned back but my buddy got grabbed by him when he turned in the creek and dragged the guy through the mud before he lost his grip! Man he drove with lights flashing all up and down my street but he didnt know we were in the garage already shitting our pants waiting for him to go away so we could take another route and go riding! LMAO.

                            My mom was pissed but was cool about it. Oh to be young again.


                            Almost tops one of my brothers stories of when a cop smelled "reefers" in the car he was in and upon finding a bong, held it up to look inside (like a telescope) for the "reefers" he smelled and dumped the dirty water all over his uniform.

                            I tell ya, growing up in the 70's was like living on another planet compared to today!
                            Great story and great story telling. I remember the 80's the same way.
