Dedicated only of course, and don't get too excited I'm not moving everything. I only need a couple of machines and about 20 megabits to start with to try. The Netherlands would probably suit me best.

You might want to do some research behind these hosts, not all are truely European hosts. Often you'll find that they're US hosting companies that simply have some servers in an EU datacenter.

Beware of any hosting company that doesn't display their phone number on their website
