It does not generate any revenue. What you are getting is the design which consists of a splahs page, 2 tour pages, and a join page.

The price is pretty steep considering it's just 1/3rd of a tour page copied over and over, and a join page... If you set it up with that domain and some content you could get more for it.

It's not a pay site for sale, it's a half finished design... nice design though.

Well being ignorant enough to call $470 steep is going to elicit a reaction. Just because there are some people that work for fryolator wages at one end of the spectrum doesn't mean thats the real price of something.
Does www.rockbottomcontent.com selling sets for $5 mean $50 a set is steep? or does it just mean they're piss cheap. Paysite designs were always advertised around $1000-$2000 only about two years ago. Just because some sole operators and 3rd world outsources are recycling templates for $250-$300 doesn't mean $470 is steep.

As a designer you shouldn't be heaping shit like that because you leave yourself open for people to look at your own work and prices in the same manner. I'd like to see you produce that sort of quality for $100. It's no Mike Wylde.. but it's not $100 worth. I can't believe you as a designer don't have the foresight to support people that charge prices above the minimum wage. All you are doing here is lowering the value of your own work lol. Ridiculous.
