People need to use FUCKING DESIGNATED DRIVERS!!! If you are going to drink, don't fucking drive!

Someone should start a designated driver business that gets re-imbursed by the government if they don't pay. I'm not a socialist, but jeeze, drunks need to stay off the road too many people are getting killed and fucked up.
