first of all I have other interests at the moment, second of all there are so many unregged domains I probably couldn't reg all of them. I do take a couple for myself occassionally but I'm not selfish so I like to share

depends how you look at it, I do it like this... a domain with such a score can easily bring in $1 a day, so $30/month... after two months that would be $20 more than now, but I'd rather have that $40 right now and give long term profit in return.

if you doubt my motives to sell these domains I'd advice you to only speak on experience, since you haven't bought any domains from me (yet) you cannot judge the profitability of them now can you?
