FocusAdult has the best system in place I've seen for documentation.
I bought some content from them over 2 years ago and inquired with Milo how I'd get the documents.
When I logged into my account, all my past purchases were there and the documents were right next to the sets.
They've got my highest endorsement on this issue. Great service to boot.
