Ripped off website tour - Legals pending

I've had someone rip off one of my website tours, then spam it wholeheartedly. Now they don't make contact after I've given them the opportunity by phoning and icq'd personally for an explanation.

Should I:

a. Expose them on the boards
b. Seek legal recourse for various
c. Expose them to the authorities for spamming
d. All of the Above

(PS You guys know I've tried to make contact , and yes you are geographically very close to me, so make contact asap as I'd prefer this was settled in a civil fashion)

I dont know you or anything about you, but you get respect from me in how professionally you are handling a fucked situation. My 2 cents would be give em one last shot to respond, at that point you have gone way above being too nice. i dont know how your tone has been in yuor prior contact with them, but i never make threats or get agressive. most people will just ignore you hoping that you are bluffing or just are afraid cause they know there caught. i just state i am being cool about this but i have exhausted my options from your lack of response and state what you intend to do to remedy the situation. i would also try to find out if they have any money before you go legal. its not worth the time and money to win a case an never collect a dime.

personally i would never turn someone in that might be criminal. let karma deal with that. trust me it all comes around.... but thats your call....

Yeah, I hope you didn't take that the worng way about the criminal thing. You gave them the opportunity to right a wrong and they chose to ignore you. They have no one to blame but themselves. But, I hope that if you do try the spam thing you post what the response (by the FTC I assume) is. I have yet to see them go after any spam cases that didnt involve some type of fraud or illegal products....

Nah, I'm not going near the FTC or getting them done for spam in their local market. Well not just yet. They need to get their act together. It's totally shabby.
