About 2 years ago, while living at Gary's pad - Gary put me on the phone with Stephen. I hadn't spoken to him since a few weeks before he lost Sex.com back to Gary.

Then he called my cell phone a few days later and said he was in Monte Carlo and pitched me on some P2P thing he was doing in the Middle East!

but nobody seemed to have access to it at the time.

I asked him about the story that I read about Kremen and he told me that he was unaware of it. He read the story and told me that it wouldn't surprise him if the story is true.

He said in the early days of losing sex.com he used to call Kremen to try and work out a deal. He said that Kremen was a weird nut. After a while he said he just gave up and move on with his life.

He also told me that the only news that he believes is what he sees on the TV and even that he questions. He did say that the news in Europe seems to be more reliable than that news in the United States.

He also told me that it is no secret that he has been out of the sex industry for years and that he has no intention of returning to that industry. He told me it is no secret that he is in the Hotel and Casino business since several casino licenses are in his name. He said that he is 57 years old and very much enjoys living in Europe. He said he does a lot of traveling and plans on spending his winters in Mexico and his summers in Europe.

He believes that the District Court made a mistake and he told me that a new filing has been sent to the United States Supreme Court. He went on to say that winning in the Supreme Court is about 1 out of 10000. He also said that the sex industry is not what it once was and it will never return back to the good old days.

I read him the message by Donovan Phillips and he laugh. He told me that it would not surprise him if Gary and Donovan are lovers. He told me that Phillips called his attorney and asks that Cohen call him. Cohen said he telephone Phillips and Phillips told him that he was living in the Rancho Santa Fe home and that Gary had insulted his cousin and her boyfriend. Donovan was pissed at Gary and that he was willing to turn over all of Gary?s files. Cohen said that he told Phillips that the case was over and that Gary?s files were of no concern to him. Cohen said that Phillips told him that he was a photographer who went into business with Gary and was having problem with Gary. Cohen also said that Phillips told him he had a son and was divorced which resulted in his filing of a personal bankruptcy. He told Cohen that as soon as he got on his feet he was going to move out and do his own thing.

Cohen stated that he has never written a letter addressed to Kremen at any time.

He also stated that he has no intentions of ever settling with Kremen. He told me that the judgment Kremen has is worth the same as used toilet paper and can not be enforced outside of the United States since the United States has no treaties with any other country for enforcement of their civil judgments. He also told me that there is a valid civil warrant for his arrest in the United States; however, he has no intentions of ever returning back to the United States. Civil warrants have no power outside of the United States.

He stated that Kremen called him a few days ago early in the morning and wanted to know if he was interested in settling for 1 million dollars. He told me that he told Kremen that his judgment is worthless and that he will never settle with him.
Cohen also told me that Kremen is notorious for writing articles under other peoples names and he told me that it wouldn?t surprise him if Kremen isn?t doing the same on this board.

Cohen said that if I ever talk to Kremen to tell him that he is a poor man living in poverty on welfare.

I told Cohen that I was going to post this and he told me to wish everyone a happy and successful life.

I am 100% convinced.

I can vouch for the fact that you have indeed talked to Stephen Cohen, or that you are Stephen Cohen. We did have a conversation very VERY similar to this. He gets parts of it wrong but most of it he remembers just as we spoke about it.

Gary and I (and a handful of other people) were sitting around drinking. I told Gary that it wouldn't hurt if I were to try to befriend Cohen. I asked Gary if he'd still pay me the bounty if I could befriend him and lure him across the border.

The whole story I told Stephen was BS. But if he would have bit at a chance to get his hands on Gary's files I would have made every attempt to meet with him and produce those "files".

Of course, Cohen was too smart for that. We didn't think he'd fall for it but you never know. As the documentary on the sex.com story says, Cohen will probably succumb to his own feelings of superiority someday.

Just got through watching the 4-part documentary, good stuff!

I do take good notes. I guess credit for that goes to my training in the IDF (Israel Army).

I have seen the sex.com video here in Israel about 6 months ago.

I remember Cohen when he had sex.com. I met him once at a convention in Las Vegas. I was in January of 1998. I asked him if he remembered me and he told me that he didn't. That was the first and the last time that I visited the US. Most of the people that I met are out of this business.

When I read your account of what Stephen Cohen told you I had no doubt you talked to him. You got the story almost exactly as it happened.

The night I had that conversation I spoke to Stephen on my cell phone for more than an hour. I was standing in the basketball courts at the sex.com mansion. I told him, "Guess where I'm at right now, Stephen. I'm standing in your basketball court".

He also asked me how the house looked and pretended (sarcastically) not to know that it had been trashed when he moved out. (He had a "Who, me?" attitude and then laughed).
