This is a bit of a catch 22 for her too. If she was in the states she would be fucked. But being in canada she can chose not to fully comply. This is more or less a show of good faith on her part to at least provide a place where records can be found. If she was in the US she'd have to put her home address on there and be open to a slew of stalkers which she has had issues with in the past from what I am told.
Then again, if she wants to conduct business with US citizens it's in her best interest to fully comply.
Fuck I hate this. For many reasons. Mostly privacy.
This is why I think it's a good idea to rent an office and run things from the office. At least you have a little bit more security in that aspect. Nothing stops a stalker from following someone home after leaving the office though.Comment

I wouldn't care one bit if everything was quicktime. Their codec is virtually flawless. It's pretty damn scalable as far as video output goes too. Even when full screening a 320x240 vid it still looks really good. I have never had issues with quicktime myself aside from the fact that it makes you install Itunes with it. She's canadian. Doesn't matter right now. Also, under your same view of things on that, nobody should be sending traffic to your non compliant site as well, but they do. I see no custodian or records link anywhere on your site.
