The problem is that its not Muslims that are intolerant, its that its some people who say they are Muslims are intolerant. They use being Muslim as an excuse. A bit like the KKK did (or still do).
Religion is a good defence to hide your views behind as people are scared to say anything as it may offend that religion.
I am in the UK, I have many Muslim friends. They are cool with porn, gays and so on. Some girls even do shoots for me.

When at war (like we are now), it would seem a little idiotic, if not suicidal, to have sympathy for your enemy.
