Im thinking of renting an office.......

I have an office exactly for this reason. It rocks in that I get so much work done there but it has the disadvantage of now paying 2 rents, 2 internet connections, 2 phone bills, etc. etc... I do see it as a cost in doing business though, the extra productivity I get done is more than working at home for me. I was going insane by myself at home, I'd end up talking to myself and never seeing any other people.

I got a 10x14 office t-1 and it runs $275 a month,its perfect for me its not like I see clients

Yeah, this is certainly one of the negatives of being self-employed. I still work for the man so it hasn't made much of a difference yet. I spend whatever time I can with my Webmaster work.

I dont think its a big issue... you can concentrate in or out ..

I've been thinking about the same thing also. But for now I get out of my place by having a part time job working for a friend doing some Computer Tech work. I work on my own sites when it is slow and still get paid from him also so it works out.

When I get cabin fever I go to the wireless cafe and sit with my back to the wall. Can get some work done and connect with others, like I found a model to do a photo shoot the other day.

Lots of wireless cafes around here are free for the price of a $2 drink. Cheaper than rent and more flexible...

My office is a few book stores in town and a few other places with wifi.

I wake up get dressed get on my bike go to the bookstore and work for few hours on the laptop then go to another one and thats my day I seem to get alot of work done this way!

i get more work done when im at home....this is the perfect place for me to do all the stuffs, maybe because my daughter is just around me which made me feel so inspired
